Account Executive, Media Platforms, USA

This Account Executive role is a unique opportunity to be a key, high-visibility player in a strategic entrepreneurial business at Google. You will become an expert in the new & dynamic world of Programmatic Media Buying, Exchanges, Real-Time Bidding and DSPs. You will use this expertise to hit revenue targets, evangelize the market opportunity, commercialize new products features and drive exponential business growth. The role involves working with some of the most technically advanced digital leaders across the US. You will need to build close C-level relationships with key stakeholders in the marketplace and advise businesses on how to structure for growth, how to take advantage of the exchange opportunity and how to scale. The ideal candidate will be strategic, revenue driven, creative, analytical and can excel in a new and minimally structured environment.

Responsibilities
  • Meet/exceed quarterly and annual goals and participate in strategic account and business planning.
  • Build and maintain a strong knowledge of the DoubleClick suite of solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level clients.
  • Evangelize "Programmatic Buying" both internally and externally.
  • Lead sales presentations and quarterly reviews to key accounts.
Minimum qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in building relationships at senior levels, along with superior written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong familiarity with online media buying and selling processes, and a base knowledge of of DSPs, SSPs and Ad Exchanges.
  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales approach.
  • Demonstrated the ability to be flexible/adaptable in exercising judgment in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
