The Product Management team works closely with our engineers to guide products from conception to launch. As part of the Product Management team, you bridge the technical and business worlds as you design services that our customers love. You'll work with Googlers from Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to name just a few. Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities, build business cases, and define product vision and strategy for Google Cloud Platform and APIs.
• Develop and launch new developer products.
• Enhance existing products and work with sales and marketing to drive market adoption.
• Partner closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as execution schedule.
• Track product development, and develop product launch plans.

Minimum qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.   
• 5 years of relevant on hands knowledge in developer and platform product with a track record of product delivery.

Preferred qualifications

• MS or PhD degree in computer science, computer information systems or computer related field.
• Excellent technical abilities and analytical skills, with deep understanding of the Internet, developer and platform space.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to evangelize Google's products internally and externally.
• Strong organizational skills and an entrepreneurial drive.
